No, unless you plan to meet them there! The meadow is available for exclusive hire meaning that you will have it to yourselves during your booked slot.

We have invested in a high grade specific dog fence to make the area as secure as possible. The meadow is surrounded by a fence 1.9 metres high, however, if your dog(s) can jump high fences or is likely to dig themselves out then the meadow may not be totally secure for you. This is a secure meadow and not a prison! We recommend that you check you are happy with the set up before unleashing your doggy. Unleashed cannot accept responsibility for escapees.

Yes. There are 2 spaces inside the secure, fenced area and a further space outside the fence for you to wait on arrival. Once the previous user has left, you can drive into the secure space.

If you have a larger booking (3-10 dogs) and more than 3 cars will be arriving, please make use of Piggy Lane carpark by the fire station.

You will be sent a confirmation email of your booking which includes terms and conditions. On the morning of your booking, you will be sent an entrance code for the padlock on the gate. This code will be changed regularly.

There is a discount available if you buy sets of 5 or 10 sessions at a time. This is great for regular users, or you can gift them with the option to download a printable Gift Certificate for the lucky recipient. Once you have bought your package, you can redeem the sessions on booking.

When you purchase a Loyalty Package you will be given a randomly generated code, shown on the webpage (and Gift Certificate) and emailed to your provided email address. You can use that code to redeem immediately using the quick link provided, or redeem it over time.

On the Payment information page, simply enter your unique code into the ‘Redeem Coupon or Gift Certificate’ code section then select the APPLY button.

When you redeem your code it will deduct appointments booked from the balance of your package.

Absolutely, the basic package is for up to 3 dogs. These do not all have to be from the same household. A great way to make the use of the meadow even more affordable.

Yes, you will need to book the package suitable for 3-10 dogs.

We accept all dogs and breeds in line with UK law and regulations. Our Meadow is a private facility and all bookings are for exclusive use of the private facility. As such, breeds such as XL Bullys are welcome to the meadow and do not need to be muzzled or on a lead while in the meadow itself. They do however need to be on a lead and muzzled in the car parking area. Owners must accompany their dogs on a 1:1 basis. However dogs from the same household are welcome to join them providing you are secure in the meadow before letting the dogs out of any vehicles. Given some of the sensitivities around the breed, we request that you arrive and leave in good time to ensure no cross over with other meadow users in the car park.

Yes, you can rearrange your booking up to 24 hours before your session. Within 24 hours, sessions are non-changeable. We do not offer refunds.
